This EA will evaluate the environmental impacts of a proposal to provide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for a project that would receive flue gas from the gas-fired Moss Landing, CA power plant and capture CO2 for permanent storage in a cementitious substitute material and process useless byproducts into useable chemicals.
