OTEC - Commercial Lighting Retrofit Rebate Program

The Oregon Trail Electric Consumers Cooperative (OTEC) offers a commercial lighting retrofit program that provides rebates for commercial businesses that change existing lighting to more energy efficient lighting. Rebates are based on the number of fixtures and the type of lamps used. Interested customers should contact a local OTEC office.

OTEC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) assists residential members in reducing electric consumption by providing rebates for energy efficient equipment. Rebates are for appliances, heat pumps, water heaters and Energy Star manufactured homes. The appliance rebate program offers rebates on Energy Star clothes washers, refrigerators, and freezers. The appliance rebates range from $15 - $70 and are given in the form of a credit on the customer's’ bill.

OTEC - Residential Photovoltaic Rebate Program

Customers of Oregon Trail Electric Consumers Cooperative (OTEC) who install photovoltaic systems are eligible for a rebate of $500 for the first kilowatt (kW) of installed capacity per year. Systems of up to 25 kW are eligible for this rebate.

Portland General Electric - Heat Pump Rebate Program

Portland General Electric's (PGE) Heat Pump Rebate Program offers residential customers a $200 rebate for an energy-efficient heat pump installed to PGE’s standards by a PGE-approved contractor. The rebate is also available for replacing older, inefficient heat pump units. See the program web site or contact the utility for additional information on program incentives and guidelines.

Midstate Electric Cooperative - Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Midstate Electric Cooperative (MEC) encourages energy efficiency in the commercial and industrial sectors by giving customers a choice of several different financial incentive programs. First, rebates are available for a wide variety of lighting upgrades and improvements. The rebate amount varies on a per unit basis according to the type of lighting installed. To participate in this program, customers must schedule an energy audit of the existing lighting equipment with Midstate Electric before installing any new equipment.

Midstate Electric Cooperative - Residential Conservation Rebates

Midstate Electric Cooperative offers its residential customers a variety of cash rebates for energy efficient improvements and new energy efficient homes. Rebates are awarded for the installation of several energy efficient appliances such as water heaters, heat pumps, clothes washers, and refrigerators. Rebates also are provided for weatherization measures including the installation of insulation and energy efficient windows. Additional incentives are offered for manufactured homes which are Energy Star certified.

Monmouth Power & Light - Residential Energy Efficiency Program

Monmouth Power & Light offers a wide range of energy efficiency rebates that encourage residential customers to save energy in their homes. To qualify for these incentives electricity must be and must remain the primary heating source of a participating home. Additionally, all weatherization measures must be preapproved, and inspections are required to ensure all weatheization measures were implemented properly. Rebates are available for Energy Star appliances and lighting, water heaters, heat pumps, duct sealing, house sealing, and insulation.
